About the Site
DONOWAY publishes general articles and news about relationship psychology. The Site is for information and education only. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and it does not create a therapist–client or other professional relationship. Content on the Site is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- copy, scrape, or republish our content except as allowed by law or with our written permission;
- interfere with the Site’s security or operation;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DONOWAY and its editors, contributors, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you paid nothing.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
